Latest figures show Fly-in bookings for RotorTech UK/AeroExpo now close to 200 and filling up fast!

It may still only be March, but close to 200 private pilots have already confirmed their intention to fly into the combined event, latest figures show.

With the option to arrive by air a key element of this year’s choice of venue, it’s already proving popular with a variety of fixed-wing, rotary-wing, and microlight aircraft owners and operators.

Should you need to amend or cancel the booking:

You can amend or cancel your fly-in booking online at any time before 9am on 6 June 2023. If circumstances prevent you flying in, but you still intend to visit the show you will still be entitled to complimentary access. Please bring your fly-in booking confirmation email with you as proof of booking. Any Passengers who would have accompanied you on the flight will need to have a valid Show ticket purchased online or at the Gate to gain entry to the event.

Although dependent on favourable weather, the event (co-located alongside AeroExpo UK and Multi-Mission Expo), hopes to welcome up to 200 aircraft a day, with Sywell optimally placed to assist with the challenges of hosting so many aerial arrivals.

All aircraft occupants will receive complimentary entry to the show. 

Pilots will receive a briefing pack containing show-specific approach procedures and other important information.
