A message from the Organisers

The new fly in slot booking system for 2018 is designed to offer a fairer flying in booking experience for everyone. The aim is to avoid multiple bookings across all 3 days where a number of no-shows occur. Typically in the past, we have found that some visiting pilots had duplicated their slot booking across all 3 days and only used 1 slot, preventing available slots for other pilots.

Amending or cancelling your booking:
Any changes or cancellations to fly-in slot bookings can now be made up until 8:00 am, Wednesday 13th June, (24hrs before the start of Heli UK Expo 2018).

Any cancellations made after this deadline will not be refunded.

In the event where a visiting pilot can no longer fly in after the deadline period,  they will still be entitled to visit the show by car and use their pre-paid landing fee as a form of entry to the show.

Event Access is complimentary for visiting pilots but please note a standard landing fee still applies and is made payable when reserving your landing slot. Your accompanying passengers also benefit from free entry.
